St. Mary's offers an extensive range of subjects to meet the requirements of all our student population.
All Leaving Certificate Students study the following:

Mathematics
Physical Education
Religious Education
Career Education

Students select four other subjects from the following list.

Students have the option of taking Leaving Cert Vocational Programme as an additional subject, to provide them with an enhanced Leaving Cert.

  • All subjects are offered at Higher Level and Ordinary Level, with Irish and Mathematics also offered at Foundation Level
  • Every effort is made to secure a student’s first preference of combinations.
  • Advice is provided by the Career Guidance Teacher at both individual and class level.
