St. Mary’s Secondary School is a vibrant and inclusive community of learning and of faith. We are a Catholic school for girls, founded by the Mercy Sisters and now under the trusteeship of CEIST. With approximately 550 students and 55 staff members, the school is committed to excellence in all aspects of school life. The role of School Secretary is central to the smooth and professional operation of the school’s day-to-day administration.

This position is for 27.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, strong IT proficiency (particularly in Microsoft Office), and the ability to work independently in a busy school environment. Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. Previous experience in a school setting and familiarity with systems such as Compass, PPOD, or OLCS would be an advantage.
