Pickleball

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, combining elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis in a fun, fast-paced and accessible game. Suitable for players of all abilities, it is easy to learn and an excellent way to improve fitness, coordination and teamwork.

At St. Mary’s Secondary School, students have the opportunity to play pickleball during lunchtime in the PE Hall, with additional after-school sessions available throughout the year. The sport has quickly become a popular activity among students, offering a welcoming and enjoyable environment where everyone can get involved, regardless of previous experience.

Whether students are picking up a paddle for the first time or developing their skills, pickleball provides a fantastic opportunity to stay active, make new friends and enjoy healthy competition.
